FOR TRAVELLERS

All the rooms are double, with the posibility of an extra bed. The same price during all the year

• Double: 100 euros + 10% VAT.  (Continental breakfast included)
• Extra bed: 30 euros + 10% VAT.
• Continental breakfast: 5 Euros per person (VAT included) and it consists of: natural orange juice, coffee or infusion, croissant, toast with butter or jam.
• Breakfast à la carte.

FOR BUSINESSES

Company meetings in Bizkaia – Basque Country

Businesses can reserve the meeting room for the entire day, morning or evening. Coffee break is included in the price.

• The price of reserving the meeting room for a half day is 150 euros + 21% VAT.
• The price of reserving the meeting room for the entire day is 230 euros + 21% VAT.

If the meeting room is for more than16 persons, the price will increase by 40 €.

TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION IT IS NECCESARY:

Name and surnames, nº IDN or passport, a telephone number or an e-mail and a number of credit card with the expired date which it will be charged a 25% of the total price rooms and reserved nights, VAT included. Otherwise, if someone doesn´t want to give the credit card, the amount will pay in our account, referring to the bank your name, to let us know to which reservation is the sum deposit.

IN CASE OF CANCEL THE RESERVATION:

If you notify with more than 30 days before the date of entrance: return of 100% of the sum deposit.
If you notify between 16 and 30 days before the date of entrance: return of 60% of the sum deposit.
If you notify between 8 and 15 days before the date of entrance: return of 40% of the sum deposit.
If you notify 7 days before the date of entrance or without notice: sum deposit cannot be refunded.
